Pheadra Parks Wedding cake came out wonderful!!! I wasn't as scared as I though I would be doing it in real cake. I'm so glad she was pleased with it. She told me there was no cake left!

I had the pleasure to drive up to KY and spend a few days with some wonderful cake decorators from all over the United States. We all signed up to take a class with Martha and Becky of Sweet Southern Ladies out of LA . We wanted to bring something new and fresh to our areas with the cake you see above with me and the girls. It was a challenge but fun making the cake. When it was over I had to stand back and say "WOW did I do that?" I was so proud of myself! I call her Pearlene after my dear sweet mother in law. I have to recreate the cake Sunday Nov. 1st for one of my brides so I'll let you know how it comes out!
